The off campus dining is descent. I would rather go home and cook a meal myself than purchase fast food.

The off campus dining lacks caribbean cuisine. Although there are a few interesting restaurant the non american palette lacks the necessary spices. However, I do enjoy the cuisine from time to time. There should be a much lower cost for students to encourage more patronage. On a note I love chipolte.

Mercury Blvd is where most of the restaurants and shopping places are; there's a wide array of types of food. Closer to Hampton , downtown they have little shops and seafood places, we are on the waterfront. There's just about every type of food you can think of you just have to Google it. I just wish there was more stuff closer to Hampton itself, we're kinda isolated.

The University just built a new café. However, if you don't have the meal plan it's between 12-15 bucks per meal. Now if you do like what I do and flirt with the lady at the front counter, you will eat free. But the quality is top notch. From what I hear it is a huge upgrade from what it used to be when it was in Virginia Clevland. If you want to go to restaurants all you have to do is go to the peninsula shopping center where there is a chipotle, a few bars, and a five guys burger place... there is also a great Mexican restaurant called abuelo's that everyone goes to on Thursdays for happy hour. If you want more restaurants just drive down mercury and you'll find them.
Sorry, there are no reviews.
