Student Author OverviewWhat's This?

On campus, transportation is not an issue. Everything is within walking distance, although a fair amount of students rides their bikes or drives to class when the weather is bad.

Almost everyone lives on campus, so getting to class is easy. Getting off campus, on the other hand, requires a little more work. Most businesses and shops are located at least a 10- or 15-minute drive away from campus, so a car is necessary for those types of trips. Freshmen are allowed to bring cars back to school after fall break, but many upperclassmen have cars and are willing to give rides to those who need them.

Mostly Walking

We walk mostly everywhere. It's a small campus and you don't really need a car. If you're going to a bar there's always someone who is the designated driver. We have an shuttle that takes weekly trips to Walmart for people needing to go there that don't have a car.

Transportation

Since most people live on campus, transportation is not much of an issue. If people commute, they just drive themselves.
