Walter Scott

Hastings College has a Walter Scott scholarship that helps many students with paying for school, but since it is a private college, the tuition is much higher. I could have gone to a public school for free so it is frustrating that I am not able to get the same aid here. My family doesn't qualify for federal aid, but we are not rich. We just save/spend money wisely. That doesn't mean we can shell out thousands every year without blinking.
