I base my grade upon the fact that this is exactly the program that I want to be involved in.

The difference in online classes verses traditional classroom setting for me is, I have made the textbook my best friend, but that has enhanced my learning experience just that much more. The staff at Heritage was very friendly and welcoming. I have not met any of the administration staff personally but through phone conversations, I feel as though I know them personally. The professors that I have had thus far have been very good. It is hard for me to discuss the peer-to-peer relationship because I am fairly new.

I haven't taken an online course here at Heritage Bible College. However from what the students say, the online course are very helpful. The students also say that the online course are applicable to their particular major.

The student body is mostly Caucasians. We all come from different economic backgrounds, as well as religious affiliations. The student body is comprised of more females than males. Majority of the students reside on campus. Overall as a student body there is some unity. There is unity in that we fellowship often. Our leadership is working towards making our campus more diversified.

We have good accademic programs. I find this to be strength of the college. In that the accademic program prepares students for thier various ministry endeavors. The social scene could be adjusted a bit. Yet I understand that were a small college, in a very small city.

The computer are extremely slow in the library lab, and in the computer lab. The network reliabilty is inconsistent. At times you can log on and surf, research the web with ease. Other times it is slow, freezes,Etc. I think it is more so the older computers that our school has.

The school has great curriculum. It has proffesors that teach with passion, and who are concerned about the students grades. The campus is very small and does have an student center, nice library. Yet, we need to have more student activies on campus. Heritage doesn't have the feel of the college campus life.

The eight week online courses are wonderful for people with busy schedules. The amount of information you can retain in such a short amount of time is probably less than ideal, but it is awesome for people with jobs, families, etc.

Network Can Seem Confusing. It took me my whole first semester to really understand how the website functions. As an online student, there is a lot to learn about assignment submissions, forums, etc. Once it is learned, however, it is efficient and good.
Sorry, there are no reviews.
