Tuition & Financial Aid:
The staff in the financial aid office are very helpful. They are always there to answer question or go over paperwork if you need them to. They stay late hours if they need to. Also, while I was filling out my FASFA they where right there to make sure I filled out everything and understood what I was filling out.

I love the massage therapy program. The tuition includes the tools you will need for a career in massage therapy such as the massage table and chair. Also I love that Heritage College allows already graduated students to brush up on a subject or technique and retake a class no matter how long you have been out of school FOR FREE. I have never heard of any other school that does this.

My school is amazing!!! They use the usual learning techniques such as assignments, lectures, testing and hands on learning which for me can really help me not only remember but also comprehend the material. Heritage College also helps prep you for the career field with a mandatory dress code and attendance requirements which make it more likely to succeed in the professional world. Which is why I am in school to have a steady, good paying career that I love.

Tuition & Financial Aid:
The financing is not always up to the financial department and they try to work finances according to the way you can situate it, but like I say in others sometimes life does happen to put you behind and that is my case. I am trying to fix it so I can continue my schooling and be a great personal trainer. I am tired of working odd hours and not knowing if I can support my family or not. I want a career that I can succeed at and love, while having time with my family and making a difference in peoples life.

They are always understanding when I come in and Belenda and Mark always try to help you get on track when you are off. They know your career is important and sometimes life gets in the way, but to keep going through those hard times because pretty soon you will have a career and will be making the same difference they do in your life now with your clients later after graduation.

I have had illness and transportation troubles making it to class and if I got a scholarship to help with my schooling and transportation I would not have to worry about this present grade and could obtain my GPA of 97.9% back. In my class I don't want to be the others missing class I want to be the excellent student I know I am and do above and beyond in my class so I can use my skills and abilities to help others. Who knows, maybe I can be as good as Julian Michaels. All a person needs is one chance. Please give me a chance to prove my worth or at least that is what my older sister says, "all you need is a chance". That and I can have a career this time instead of not knowing if or where my families next meal will be from. Thanks for your time and consideration.

This is a school with a lot of hands on. In the Medical Assisting Xray (XMT) program you'll actually be drawing blood and doing injections on each other, while other schools are still using fake arms and real oranges.

Heritage has a break room that contains multiple vending machines, microwaves, tables and chairs, a sink, and a coffee/cappuccino machine that's not too great. The computer labs aren't so great, either. They're convenient, yes, just a little out of date. And too often the internet is too slow.

Most of the teachers at Heritage are very knowledgeable and extremely easy to get along with. But there are almost as many teachers who are rude, unorganized, and quit frankly, negative people. If it weren't for the select few that I had gotten close to throughout the program, I would've switched schools.

I haven't personally gotten to this stage, yet. But I have heard really good reviews. After your internship, which Career Services sets up for you, if you do not get hired on at that facility, Career Services will begin to contact you about job openings they've found. Heritage also provides multiple job boards in the hallways. One contains part time jobs, ranging from waiting tables to retail. The second one includes jobs in your feild. I.e Medical Assisting and Xray, Pharmacy, Personal Training, Massage Therapy.

At Heritage, there is no need to bring your own laptop. There are multiple (3) computer labs that students and staff can use at anytime. Also, the printers are open at all times and Heritage provides every student with a flash drive to save any work that the students may need for later.
The only thing I dislike about the campus resources is that probally 1 out of 10 times that I use the internet, it runs a little slow.

Heritage College is very flexable. They provide Saturday classes, as well as morning classes (8am-12pm), afternoon classes (1pm-5pm), and evening classes (6pm-10pm), but do not provide online courses. Because classes are only 4hrs a day, Monday through Friday, it's easy to obtain a job at the same time.

Mostly, the students at Heritage are working class of all ages. Ranging from fresh out of high school to 50+. Including all ethnicities and backgrounds, as well as military men and women. Most students get along great, and actually become very comfortable around each other by the time the program ends.

Heritage College offers small class sizes, one course at time, internships and assistance with job placement.
College Senior 2013-07-25T16:32:04Z
Courses are offered one at a time in six week intervals. Classes are small with a diverse student population. Facility offers easy access to computers and instructors. Internships are part of the medical assisting program and will be set up for me.
