Academic Flexibility at Hesston College

Academic Focus

My school would transfer in any college credits you would receive from high school which I knew from there they were really focused on the students receiving good education. I love how they do work around your schedule if you have conflicts with a job or for me they would work around my athletic schedule. There focus is on the students education and what is going to help them succeed.

Tuition & Financial Aid at Hesston College

Free Money Is Everything Now Days

Our school is a private school so the cost is much higher than most junior colleges. Most of my tuition is paid off by financial aid, grants and a sport scholarship yet I still have a chunk left to pay off in the end. It is important to start the financial aid process early so that you can get more to pay off school and so you may also be able to look for other options like scholarships that can help pay off your tuition as well.

Overall Experience at Hesston College

Relational

I love how our school is relational and that it is so small. Everyone knows everyone by the first week of school and it makes the entire schools experience awesome. The education level is set high for students but that is why we are listed as the number two junior college in the country. I get to enjoy another year at Hesston and I am looking forward to it; the events, sport games, campus games. We are the unnoticeable school due to being in the middle of nowhere in Kansas. Though I say it's the people that truly make your experience great here.
