When it comes to off-campus housing, competitiveness is an understatement. People are constantly on the lookout for good local housing. But for what is available, the options are good. Most of the landlords are reasonable and understand that college students are looking for nice, cheap housing. We have a webpage that locals are able to post housing options.

I have only lived in a dorm so I don't have a lot of experience with this. My friends who have experience with this have had positive experiences.

A lot of older houses in the downtown area for decent prices, and decent landlords. Some are nicer than others but for college, it's perfect.

There are a LOT of options for off campus housing, especially for being a small school. There's a wide variety as well, some really nice places and some average. Off campus is more affordable then dorms and I don't think it's to hard to get.

Overall, there seems to be a good selection of off-campus housing in Holland. Prices are very reasonable, for the most part. Most students I have talked to have had good relationships with their landlords. Most students learn by word of mouth how to search for and apply for off campus housing (the system is a little bit cryptic).
Sorry, there are no reviews.
