Too Many Misunderstandings

Things got done with time, but what shoud be explained everywhere about financial aid is not said. Also, if something is guaranteed, it should be followed through.

I Had to Sit Out a Year

I received some financial aid. It wasn't enough to cover both semesters. Becuase of that, i wasnt able to return back to school for the spring semester. They also didn't offer me a payment plan so that i could stay in school. My suggestions for financial aid is to apply way in advance before school starts so you can make sure you are covered for the full school year. Also, set up meetings with your financial aid advisor for financial aid tips and updates.

Staff Influence How the Process Goes

The staff in the financial aid office weren't as efficient as expected. It took them hours just to see me but once I was seen I was given the run around. I was told to go to another person then go to another person. Also most of the staff also had attitudes. I think that if the staff didn't have an attitude all the time the process would be more smooth.
