Interviews & Information Sessions

Information sessions typically take place before a campus tour begins; the sessions are led by a pre-admissions counselor. Interviews for Hunter College are not required or common.

Campus Tours

Campus tours run on certain days throughout the semester. Visit the admissions website for available dates. Prospective students should arrive a half-hour before the tour begins. Organized tour groups of 10 or more people can be arranged by emailing hctours@hunter.cuny.edu.

Did You Know?
  • To get in to Hunter, you'll need a Visitors Pass, which can be received from the Visitors Center on the southwest corner of 68th and Lexington. You will need to show some form of ID to get in to the College and have whomever you're visiting speak with the Visitors Center first.
  • If you're just visiting a friend, it's probably best to meet outside of the College and have him/her take you in.
