With the various facilities the university provides, ISU has plenty of activities to offer. Students wanting to chill can hit the SUB. Students wanting to do some weight lifting or play basketball can hit Reed Gym. Students wanting to become involved in theater have the luxury of the new
Stephens Performing Arts Center. The Holt Arena is a oneof-a-kind facility that provides students with intramural
sports and varsity athletics. Overall, the ISU facilities take care of a wide range of students.
Then again, the facilities are old. The only thing to say is that this is an old campus. A lot of the buildings have
been continuously updated and remodeled time and again. The University definitely strives to keep up with
the maintenance of these old buildings. Reed Gym has had tremendous reconstruction in recent years, which will continue with the building of the new swimming pool. The Rendezvous Center compliments all of the other facilities on campus, giving students more entertainment, studying opportunities, housing possibilities, and just stuff to do! Students Speak Out

Most of the facilities on campus...
Most of the facilities on campus are nice. Many of the buildings are older but have been kept up well. The recently constructed performing arts building is over the top, and it has brought in many exciting new events. |

The student union is so nice....
The student union is so nice. There is a ton of room for meetings and study groups, food, computer labs, and more. The bowling facility was recently remodeled to include cosmic bowling and automated score boards. The game room has lots of nice pool tables, table tennis, air hockey, and arcade games. The Craft Shop always has a variety of craft activities for really cheap or free. The Bengal Theater was also recently rejuvenated, and good movies are always on the schedule! |

I really enjoy our campus...
I really enjoy our campus facilities. The new all-purpose building houses a dorm, a student union, classrooms, and a game center, among other things. Our gym, although not the newest, is well-maintained and provides a large number of choices for activities. |

The facilities are fairly nice. Students have access to decent sports equipment and nice academic areas. We are very excited about the new Rendezvous Center that has many more student amenities. One thing I would like
to have are some study areas that can be accessed 24/7. |

The Stephens Performing Arts Center is an incredible addition to ISU. Many more concerts, symphonies, and even plays are starting to take advantage of this great facility—which is really nice for students, too! |
FactsWhat To Do on Campus
The Pond Student Union Building has many forms of entertainment, including the Games Center and the Bengal Café. Students can also enjoy free movies every week with their Bengal ID. The newly completed Rendezvous Complex includes the ISU Spirit Shop, a 250-seat planetarium, a dining hall, and a cyber café. Reed Gymnasium is home to indoor and outdoor tennis courts, a basketball court, practice courts, table tennis facilities, racquetball courts, weight and aerobic rooms, and the largest climbing wall at any university. ISU is also getting a new Olympic-size swimming pool, which will have 10 lanes.
