The campus is fairly diverse. It's not really a concern of mine to look for diversity though

Alcohol Is Visible Around Campus

Drinking on this campus is VERY big. There's almost always a party in any given apartment complex every single night of the week. Empty beer bottles and cans litter the campus as well. Drugs on this campus are kept under wraps, but weed is probably the most prevalent drug of choice amongst students.

Inconsistent and Windy

The weather here seems to change on daily basis, regardless of season. One day it could be sixty degrees and sunny, the next day it could be snowing. Another issue is the wind. Illinois State is by far the windiest place that I have ever visited, even more so than Chicago. This leads to miserably cold winters and dry summers. The weather is certainly one of my least favorite aspects of ISU.
