I am in school to become a Medical Assistant. The biggest thing that I am proud of is the way they build their curriculum. Because I will be working directly with physicians, they bring in a group of highly notable physicians to help build the curriculum. They tell the school what is needed from MA's and the school then teaches the specifics. That way when I graduate and apply for careers, the employers see that I went to Intellitec and they know that I am going to have the skills they want in their offices!

All of my classes are face to face with instructors so I am not sure how Online programs work in my school... or if there are any.

Our Tech Cafe's have great computers with all of the resources I need as a student to find help or for studying and research. The areas are quiet but have a fun atmosphere!

My school builds their curriculum with a set of physicians in my state so that when the time comes for me to find a job, they employers already know that I have the skills that they want for the position!

The tools were either broke or missing a lot of the time. Its frustrating when there is one tool for 25 people.

Lots of military just there for the money, they make learning hard because they mess around. Only a few females in the automotive program.

I am enrolled in the Dental program at my school and i can say, i am vary disapointed in thr fact that the school does not provide enough training equipment. I feel for the tuition that i paid, the materials in the lab should be up to date and readily supplied. Its very fustrationg to go into a training lab and not be equiped with the essential needs to be trained with properly. I dont like seeing my instructor struggle and scounging for supplies. Other than that, i dont have any complaints. My instructor is wonderful and very knowledgable!

Tuition & Financial Aid:
I applied for the pell grant and was granted the full amount. Im glad the school helped me find Grants and loans. Now i am applying for scholarships. I will be left with a loan to pay back six months after graduation but find it a comfortable payment to take on. The education i will receive will be well worth the loan acquired for school.

So far, ive meet the Dean, Human Resources, and the Teachers. Everyone has been extremely kind and very knowledgeable. I could not be happier with my choice for this school. Its in a great location, the curriculum looks challenging yet completely doable. I am excited to say i am enrolled in Intellitec Medical Institute.

I have not received any grades yet as my school starts on January 3rd, 2013. However i intend on keeping a 4.0 grade average. My workload should be moderate and i will be attending night class. Class is 20hrs. a week. The facility looks up to date and very clean. All the staff seems very knowledgeable and professional. I will be in school for nine months and then inturn for 3 months. There are two opportunities to take from this class. I can become a Dental Assistant at a Dental office or I can go into Lab Dental Technician. Lab technician is what i am interested in. I am very good with my hands and like to be challenged on a daily basis. This program is perfect for the likes of me.

I actually go to intellitec in pueblo. This school is well Structered, and the student body is constucted of girls. I thought I was going to be bullied because I am a male. That was not the case. everybody is really friendly. I am really enjoying my college experience.

It has rules like any other school but sometimes the students themselves can be the problem because they seems a bit spoiled.

Medical Assisting W/Associate's Degree – I am in my 5th semester, half way point.
Sometimes I wonder how I will remember all this medical jargon but the school builds on what they are teaching you now while reminding you of what they have taught in the past.
You HAVE to do your part tho.
See quit a few of students just sit and then wonder why they flunk out & you get tired of any whining about it.
Sorry, there are no reviews.
