I am currently not attending the school but will be very soon. I have been there three time and every time is fun and i cant wait. The teachers a really nice and joke around and sound like easy going teachers. The school is extremely clean and organised. Plenty of room in the classes and the shop are large. I feel comfortable being a new student ready to learn.

My school is really strong in shop. our school is always attending Skills. We have won first place lots of times. the facility is also great. If you need help in a class the teacher has no problem staying after school. They help you go through the information learned that day and will give you extra time to do the test if you run out of time. Over all i think my school is well above satisfactory.

I am attending H.H. Ellis technical high school. I think my school has really good resources. we have a new GYM and our library is nice as well. we have enough books to read and the the teachers push us to read and be strong in our academic scores. Our shops are up to date as well. We have the latest technology so we are more prepared on what the trade will have for use and be comfortable with the equipment. But i cant say too much about the academic wing of the school because we are currently under construction and getting a new school built. we are go to modals. but for being in modals the education is still very good.

The library isn't that big but there's enough books and it's supplemented with its virtual library.

The labs are very well equipped there are more than enough computers for all students, all labs have 2 network printer always ready and paper available at all times, wireless is not very well setup but I hardly ever use it.

At the campus I'm attending everything to me is excellent, the labs are very comfortable and most important the teachers are very competitive and have interactive teaching techniques that have helped me a lot in the field that I have chosen I'm very pleased overall with ITT Tech.

Computer Labs Were Good, but Changed for the Worse – When I first attended classes at ITT Tech, the computer labs were probably the most promising aspect of the campus. They were equipped with plenty of computers, all of which had a fairly quick internet speed. Printing was easy with at least one printer in every lab. The labs were comfortable as well, with plenty of room in between the seats. That changed recently though, because the building was renovated to accommodate a nursing program, which did not end up happening anyway. Now the labs are completely packed into smaller rooms, which allows very little room in between the seats. No one can walk down the aisles with ease if two people are sitting in back to back seats. The comfort level within the labs has been greatly reduced due to these moves.

Over the past year of attending ITT Tech I have definitely had some very positive experiences as well as some negative ones. Overall they probably balance out, which is why I gave the "C" grade. Scheduling was a hassle, which I previously mentioned. The drive to and from the school adds to the limited schedule I have as well. The professors however, for the most part, have been very knowledgeable about the topics they teach. They have also been very good at showing how certain things being taught relate to the "real" world. Overall, in the situation I am in right now, I would not choose ITT Tech again, but if I lived closer and had more flexibility in my own schedule I would most likely attend ITT Tech again. I feel the education I am getting is worth it, but it's just been stressful trying to figure out how I can alter my life to accommodate their schedule.

When initially meeting with the individual who eventually convinced me to attend ITT Tech, she had shown me a list of different schedules offered by the school and asked me which one would work for me. Since I watch both of my children while my wife is at work during the day, I told her that one week night class plus two Saturday classes would work out perfectly for us. She told me that the school would be able to work with that, since that was one of the options to choose from. My first quarter went just as planned, Tuesday night class and two Saturday classes. After that though, things started to become more and more difficult. For my second quarter they tried to schedule me for three weeknight classes, so I had to meet with the head of my program and get it changed. The same thing happened my third quarter. Then in my fourth quarter I was informed that I had taken every Saturday class offered for my program and therefore I would not be able to have that schedule for that quarter as well as for the remaining year I have left. I am glad that I decided to go back to school, but my decision on where to attend was based solely on flexibility of scheduling and I feel I was misled by ITT Tech in that category. If I could do it all over again, I would have chosen a different school closer to home and not ITT Tech, which is about an hour and a half drive each way, because of traffic. I feel like they told me whatever I wanted to hear in order for me to sign up for classes there and now that I have, they can do whatever they want with my schedule. I have no choice but to continue attending classes there, and within their schedule.

A Great Exsperiance – So for from what I have seen, I like the way the school is run.I excel in hands on training.

Diverse Mix – The student body at my school is a mix of full-time working adults, recently laid off adults, and recent high school graduates. Everyone I've encountered has been friendly and happy to help out other students but most are not there to make new friends.

Tuition & Financial Aid:
I just began my classes and I don't feel that the financial aid process was difficult, the only complaint I have is that the school is very expensive. I just hope that the education and degree will make up for this.
Sorry, there are no reviews.
