They have a great student center with tutors and helpful staff for internships and accessing hospitals.

I love that I always have access to the school computers and I am always able to print and copy documents without a cost to myself. At UC Davis it was harder to have access to computers and printing or copying cost money

The teachers on campus are very helpful. This nursing program is new to the California location and therefore some of the structure is still being reviewed constantly.

The classes are pretty much set in stone. you do not get to choose what classes, just if you would prefer morning or night. If you can not make a class and there is not another you will just have to miss out and be behind.

I just started my first online class and it is a little scary for me, but I'm sure I will be fine. I can't give an accurate grade since I just started yesterday.

The instructors are all still involved in the field, most of the instructors I have only work one class a week and are full time police/sheriff officers which is great because they make the work more understandable as we progress through the course. The workload at first was overwhelming but after I became used to doing homework all the time; I was fine. All my classes are on a set program so I don't have to worry about registering for anything.

I'm in the Criminal Justice program and I didn't do the greatest in high school, but after I started at ITT Tech everything fell into place and made sense to me. I had never thought in my life that I would be doing so good in college, I'm currently getting straight A's and I feel great about it. Everything I learn in all my classes has something to do with my field and something I could possibly use in the future. The instructors are great at integrating the field in with class work and making things make sense. The only unsatisfactory thing I have to say about ITT is that their printers are always broken, which is something I use frequently.

I would not be able to accurately give a grade to my school on the career services part, but for the learning enviroment and teaching skills they will always receive an A from me.

Tuition & Financial Aid:
Pretty pricey but I was awarded a scholarship and the financial adviser set up the rest in student loans for me, I didn't have to do much.

I start the Registered Nursing program this month. So far everything has been smooth but I will see once I begin the actual program.

Some of the features about my college that sets it apart from other schools are that we have professional classroom, lab, and overall campus setting that makes students feel that they are part of high tech and professional schooling environment. Most of our teachers are also professionals in the field who teach us according to current market standards. Careers services is very effective and employers are touring our campuses all the time.

The school is pretty high tech as far as computer networking is concerned. We are provided with high speed internet and fast computers with access to wifi for laptops. A bunch of network printers, plotters, photocopiers are also provided for students to access.

student body in our school is very good. We have students from all ethnicities, age groups, fields, experience levels, both sexes, and I do not know about religious beliefs of every student there seems to be diversity.

The school has pretty much the same resources that all the other schools in the area have the only real advantage the school has is that its an accelerated program and the none of the other schools offered this program in a hands on opportunity

My school has a somewhat diverse background of individuals, some are straight out of high school while others have had a career and have come back to improve on or change there career altogether, there are some military retired also

The campus has a pretty good computer network, not state of the art or anything but good enough to get it done. One thing that i must admit is while there always seams to be enough computers to go around the lack of speed makes it irritable at the less.

Tuition & Financial Aid:
Financial aid helped me apply for all student loans. I did not have to do anything myself. Financial aid here at ITT is very helpful. Yes, the education here at ITT is pretty expensive but I got a discount for being a returning student with good GPA. Also if I get a job in my field and if starting salary is even somewhat close to what I researched on salary.com, I think its well worth the effort to go back to school and acquire a new degree. If things go well, I plan on going back to school for my MBA.

Career Services here at ITT used to be A+ when I first attended ITT for my Associates program. They found me a part time IT job while I was in school which helped build my resume and before I graduated, they found me a full time job working as an implementation technician for a large implementation project for a large organization where I was able to work my way up to a Project Coordinator position very quickly because of my hard working skills. My job ended with the end of the project a couple of years down the road and that is when the economy collapsed and after years of unsuccessful attempts at finding work in my field and working as a truck driver to survive, I finally decided to go back to school at ITT to pursue a Bachelors Degree. Career services is still helpful but its just that the economy is so bad that the employers are really not hiring much anymore. Career services organizes career fairs, guest speakers from professional organizations, and other events all the time to help students find jobs. I have been unsuccessful in finding an entry level or intern level job in my field so far but I still have a year to go before I graduate and I am really hoping that along with my new education, and past experiences, career services is able to find me a job again just like they did last time.

It is a great program for nursing that is only 27 months long and you come out with your RN, you also do not need to have your pre-reqs done. Because this is a private school only the serious students get in so the classes are a lot different than community college classes because everyone wants to be there.

Tuition & Financial Aid:
So far the education is good, but the cost is high for the school and uniforms and required medical costs are not covered in the tutition. The finanical aid department is really good about answering any questions that you might have.
College Senior 2012-09-29T23:08:59Z
I'm in the Nursing Program, so far everything has been pretty good, only thing is that not everything is covered under the program so there are addition costs that I was not expecting. The campus is small but everyone is nice and helpful.
College Senior 2012-09-29T22:59:22Z
It is still a new process the Nursing Program so the school and professors along with students are still learning how everything works and the curriculum. I am not sure how the online classes are but the compus classes are doing good. If time the school will get better and better.

The main reason that I chose ITT is that I know that every class that I take is one more step to earning myself a degree. The main reason why I stopped going to the local junior college is that I felt I was just going in circles.
Sorry, there are no reviews.
