Tuition & Financial Aid:
I've tried to get financial aid, but all I qualify for are loans that I don't want. I use a payment plan each semester to pay for my courses. I keep filling out scholarship applications to get some additional funds (which is why I'm filling this out).

The student body is very diverse! I've met so many great people of different race, gender, religions, and economic levels. It doesn't matter where you come from, we all work hard on our classes.

Campus resources at Ivy Tech are widely available. I make use of the computer labs, tutoring services, and special events quite often. Many campuses offer special days with free food, college visits, and military recruiter visits that offer opportunities to the students. The student centers are great! The tutors are very helpful and the availability of computers are very helpful!

The computer labs are always clean and available. The printing ability on campus is lacking in the fact you have to pay to print each time. Remember, enrolling at Ivy Tech you pay a technology fee. Their shouldn't be additional fees for the printers. The WiFi network is always available, fast, and reliable. I use my personal laptop all the time and occasionally use the computer labs if the class deems it necessary.

I like Ivy Tech. I've found many preliminary courses to be useful and the instructors helpful. When I started the courses for my degree the instructors started talking as if we understood everything about the subject. I'm here to learn the subject, I have a little knowledge on the subject but I'm here to expand on that.

I like the facilities at Ivy Tech. Particularly the Muncie campuses located on Cowan Road, the Patterson Building, and the Fischers building (the last two located in downtown Muncie. The Anderson campuses need some modernization especially the Ebbertt Building.

I have not tried any career services at my school.

The online courses at Ivy Tech are pretty easy to follow and get along with. I personally prefer face to face classes and only use online courses as a last resort. Online the instructors are good at answering your emails at least in 48 hours. Most instructors are in nearby towns as it is, and the local campuses offer tutoring help.

The library is small, but has great online resources.

After being out the academics for several years I found the transition of returning to school a simple adjustment.

For a small school there are some opportunities to get involved in different activities.

Had a class over summer that was part in class and online. Did not do any online work except for submitting work done in class through Blackboard.

Most of the instructors are willing to work with you in making sure that you are able to complete course work.

The main reason i got a grade in one of my Industrial Tech classes is because tghe teacher forgotten to change my score on my study guide, but i passed the class anyways so i can get a head start.
College Senior 2013-07-24T19:20:03Z
this main reason why got this grade is just temporary, meaning that i only took the ivyt class that start me off at a good GPA. The teacher i had was a fun, nice, helpful, more easier, and will help me all the way.
College Senior 2013-07-24T19:17:33Z
The reason i got this grade is because of the math 118, and fitn 100 classes i took during the spring semester that dropped my gpa from a 3.00 to a 2.07 gpa, which is in good standing. I got classes in the fall semester that can boost up my gpa up to a 3.00-3.50 gpa, or a 2.75-2.9 gpa. this can really help me change things around because i know my industrial technology, math, and speaking skills along with my english skills. i just messed up the wrong work sometimes. I just need to focus on the topic i need to succeed.

The reasoon that i got the grade is because of the math, and the fitness class i had for the spring 2013 semester. that dropped me down from a 3.0 to a 2.07, but im taking easier classes that im capable of raising the grade back up to a higher grade. However, my goal next semester is to get a 4.0 gpa or lower, but lot lower than a 2.75 GPA. The classes im taking this fall are going to help me because that's the classes im doing best in.

There is always access to a computer lab at Ivy Tech and I have used both campuses in Anderson and have not had problems.
College Junior 2013-07-18T19:51:34Z
I could not keep up with the course load and I did not feel as if the teacher really wanted to help me. She had sent me and email that told me just to drop the class that I was wasting my time.

The facilities on campus aren't that bad. There are a library, a few computer labs, and tables where you can sit down and study if need be.

Tuition & Financial Aid:
The tuition and financial aid at Ivy Tech is worth the money I am paying. I got financial aide to start out with my first year but I will have to pay for my last 1 year and a half.

I was nervous on the first day of taking my first Paralegal class. But, after a lot of studying and note taking it can pay off.

The C was in Math 118. I had gotten a B in math 015 which I think because of the kind of math you learn in 118. I guess I learned it in high school, wish I would of known how to do it before I had the class.
