At Hopkins all the majors are the same difficulty to get into (approximately) except for Biomedical Engineering, which is very selective.

What do you mean? How selective?

As far as I know, it's very easy to get into any of the majors. BME has a cap, so unless you're admitted as a BME you most likely cannot transfer in.
