Being a culinary major is a unique experience. Instead of sitting in a classroom all day, I go to class in a kitchen with about 20 students. We cook most of the time, and lecture is kept to a minimum.

The school's facilities are awesome, and the campus life is great. The small campus allows one to know a higher percentage of the campus, and generally students are friendly. The school's facilities are helpful and up to date.

The culinary labs are very helpful for my future career. The chefs talk about the industry, and about their experience in the real-world. The class registration process can be confusing at first, but is easy once you get the hang of it.

The students are easy to get along with as long as you are a nice person. Sometimes working with fellow students in a culinary classroom (kitchen) can be difficult, and teamwork and communication are essential. Overall, the students are diverse and accepting of others.
