I usually don't like online courses, but i've taken 2 at jccc and they were both great!

Keep up

If you are responsible and keep up with your course's due dates then you will be successful. If you don't, then you will fall behind.

My First Experience

I have only taken one online course at Johnson County Community College. There are many classes that are offered online and I chose a composition class. I believe that JCCC also offers a first timers 'what you need to know' class that I didn't know about or take at the time. I felt like I was unprepared and ended up dropping the class. I hadn't looked online for about 2 days and in that time had missed a couple assignments, dropping me down to an F. I dropped the class within 2 weeks of starting. I am planning to take another online class this summer through JCCC. I feel I am better prepared now, and fully intend to take the pre-class seminar that is offered in order to make sure I know now what I didn't know then!
