Juniata Magazine, published three times annually to keep alumni, parents, and friends abreast of the goings-on at JC. It's a free publication for all who receive it, including approximately 12,500 alumni.

| Major Alumni Events | |
- The Alumni Council also sponsors the Senior Class Dinner, a formal welcome from the land of post-graduate life.
- Homecoming is officially a time for alumni to reunite around a football game, but it's really just an excuse for old classmates and friends to see each other again.
- Reunions constantly occur both on campus and around the country and the world; check out the Web site for more information. Finally, anniversaries are celebrated in early summer during Alumni Weekend.
- The Student/Alumni Career Connection allows alumni to meet with current Juniata students to share their experiences after graduation, as well as to offer advice and mentoring to the students.

- Robert M. Biter, MD (Class of '92) – playwright, as well as one of the 50 winners of the 2000 American Medical Association Outstanding Young Medical Professional Award
- Sammy K. Buo (Class of '73) – deputy director, Africa II Division for the United Nations
- Carli K. Dale (Class of '05) – 2004 American Volleyball Coaches Association Division III Player of the Year and ESPN the Magazine Women's Volleyball College Division Academic All-American (2004)
