I was bored in a lot of my classes. The professors teach like they are talking to 2 year olds most of the time.

I had a bad experience with one online instructor and notified my advisor. Nothing was done about it, they just made a note of the instructor's name in case future issues happened with students. I was not impressed with a lot of classes I took online. It seemed like it was all about seeing which instructor could create the longest reading list requirement for each week. I did enjoy some classes that made me think outside the box and learn new topics to discuss.

Online Course Experience – Online courses were supposed to be more convenient for working people. I felt the deadlines and the amount of work were anything but convenient. It was not a convenience other than not having to travel to class every week. The interaction between peers was limited to discussion boards but that is expected.

Discussion Boards – The class interactions are pretty amazing. You check in for discussion boards every week and interact with others by responding to their posts. Some people are more informed than others and it can be an interesting mix. The Professors check in with the boards and if they feel you could expand on what you were writing, they are great about encouraging you so you achieve the maximum points. Don't get me wrong, they will not do it for you and if you miss the hint, I am sure it will show in your grade for discussions.

Online Experience – The online experience is very flexible, different fron traditional classroom. The worload is about the same, the professors and peer to peer interaction is waesome. There are seminars for open communication with everyone, and Discussion threads for further communications and there is always e-mails.
