As long as you don't cause trouble you are fine. The security gaurds are great and can be your best friend! There are a lot of off campus apartments that you'll hear of to stop in.

There was not an option to describe Wilkes-Barre. It is an okay city size and the main square is a couple minute walking distance from campus. There are plenty restaurants and stores. The school also provides transportation to the local Super Walmart and the mall.
College Freshman 2013-11-03T23:05:33Z
It is a very friendly place. Everybody from the security guards to the teachers to the cooks are all very nice. The dorms are average size and there are a couple different dorms to choose from.

There is a lot of pizza, and it is very good! There are a lot of different types of restaurants. Most places deliver right to your dorms front desk.

I am a strictly online student. The program is excellent. Always someone to chat with about issues. Coursework is not too much.

Apartments and rental houses are fairly plentiful in close proximity to the school. Some of my friends have even rented within bike riding distance of the school and just bike rode during good weather. All and all I would recommended looking into off-campus housing.

The process is extremely easy. during the application process I just put I wanted to major in chemistry and they gave me an adviser that was over the chemistry department and that helped me plan classes as well.

The campus itself is great and the campus life is great. Tons of sports at this school and other hobbies always going on.

Have had both positive and negative experiences. You have to work hard to get things done by going through the financial aid department.

Gym and Library – The gym is great and has a pretty open schedule. They have many good machines and lots of workouts to do. also, it is open to all student, not only those who are involved in sports. The library is also very useful. It has fairly good hours, maybe good be open longer. Everything is usually in good working order and people are willing to help there. All in all, these two things are great an extremely useful on campus.

Bristol seems awesome at first glance but like any small town, it isn't all that great. The mall in town offers around 15 stores, and the next closest mall is 30 minutes away. There is a wide-variety of food a few exits down and a few places in town.

The professors provide a workload that is challenging. However, if a student is struggling, they will provide tutoring to help them improve. I took a Chemistry class that I found to be very difficult. My professor did whatever he could to get me through the course with a passing grade. He understood that I was not strong in that subject. Since completing the course, I would say I left with more than a passing grade. I left with perseverance, qualities that will help me through the rest of my college career (studying and organization), as well as a life long mentor who will be there to provide advice when I am in need of it.

It seems to rain a lot, which can make walking around campus slightly uncomfortable at times. However, we definitely have more nice days than rainy days. Rain boots are a necessity.

King is very diverse. they have people of all races, religions and beliefs and welcome every one of them, which is nice because it is a religious school. ITs also fun to meet all diffrent types of people and diffrent accents and traditions and diffrent ways of life.

The campus is very strict. you only have three stricks infront of the honor councle and then you are kicked out. houseing is seriouse and you only get one warning and then you are fined.
College Sophomore 2013-05-22T02:36:04Z
when it snows we still have class. the only time class is cancled is if it gets icy. classes are at a close distence from some of the dorms but walking through the bad weather is hard.

Parking is a nightmare. tickets are given constantly if you dont park in the proper color. There isnt enough parking for students, even the ones living on campus. freshman parking is the farthest it could be.

There is literally so much to do in charlotte. I love it here. I honestly go here almost every weekend and try to get to know the town. There is so much going on all the time and its just perfect if you want to live in a fine city.

Health & Safety:
I feel save in King College's campus. The school provides imitiate security at all times. In the guys dorms you are more likely to find your things broken into or stolen. This is occurs more often in the guys dorms than the womans.
Sorry, there are no reviews.
