I really like King's College. It has a lot of hands-on activities. The teachers are really great. Internship is also really good. You work with everything you learned in school. This experience is really good and helps me graduate faster.

My Experience – I really love King's College. The staff/professors have trained me well and are a big help to me. I feel like I have been with many well trained professionals for years. I love the school for having small classes making it easier to ask questions, most of the assignments are hands on, and students are in a classroom 5 days a week and learn more than the average high school student.

Its Ok – There is a library with information on any subject related to my field I will ever need. There's no wi-fi, and the network isn't always fast, but it usually is.

I've learned so much from King's College in my 2 months here. I've only learned things I've need to know for my field (travel & tourism.) The administration has great relationships with buffs in the Travel & Tourism field and they promise to help me find jobs in my field when I'm done with school. I already know graduates getting paid lots of money from careers they got here.

Students That Need to Get Out Into the Workforce – The students at King's vary greatly, walking around you can find someone that fits into just about any ethnic, or social group. that is one of the good thingd about King's is that there is such a wide variety of people that go there

Old Network, Very Restrictive – the network and computers at Kings are still using XP, which would be ok if the would consistantly work, not a class goes by without someone having to move to a different computer to get work done or printed. the system is also very restrictive, which I can see for most of the students that mainly need to use the computer to type papers and assignments, but for the students in the IT field we need to have more access to accomplish labs and other work, they do have virtual machines for some of it, but even those are still restricted.
Another thing that is frustrating, is that if you decide that you want to bring in your own laptop to work on there is no wireless network at all to hook up to, if you are in one of the lucky seats, you can catch a signal from a neighboring resturant, but that is about it.

Overall Ok With This School – I like the small class sizes, and the fact that you get to know your professors very well. all of your books are included in your tuition as well. there isn't a whole lot of student activities to participate in, even if you live on campus. I also feel like I am not ready to go out into the work enviroment, even though I graduate soon. I feel like there is still so much to learn and that we are getting old material, books from 2003 and 2005. Doesn't seem that old except that I am in the IT field and things change so quickly that what we are learning is obsolete all ready.

Hours Are Hard – the classes are full time 5 days a week with set classes at set times and I had to change work around a little and had to cut my hours almost out because of the times.

Everything Is Good – class registration was pretty cut and dry. The curriculum is all about what I plan to do when I am done. The workload is heavy and full but the teachers all help really well to keep it all flowing

Career Center Helpful – Our career center helped alot during school and after graduate. The faculty made sure every student had an internship and then employment. The employment to the student may have not been the best place to start, but at least it was a start to a career.

Excellent Library Source – Our school's library has many sources to help with research and job hunting. The library gets many magazines, job hunting newspapers, new book every week, and even the New York post for stock market details.
