I've heard of people getting internships at News Channel 9 and advertising agencies. If you put yourself out there you'll be successful.

On Westcott St and Marshall there are some great restaurants.

It's pretty small. The teachers are really helpful. I think if I had lived on campus it would have been different. The area is very pretty. The school sort of lives in the shadow of SU. All of the nightlife is in that area.

It was easy getting approved for the financial aid, however I wasn't given nearly enough financial aid for how much my family is paying for tuition.

There really isn't a large drug scene on campus, at least that I've noticed as a commuter.

Each "department" has computer labs but as long as they're not reserved for a class anyone can use any of the computer labs as needed.

Almost every computer on campus does not sync up with a printer which makes printing basically impossible

The "drunk bus" at school doesnt have a real schedule and is hard to catch when needed

parking tickets are given out like candy. There is not enough campus parking especially for nursing students who have to commute to the hospital and back.

Bio students are highly prestigious in the community, and they are graced with great teachers. All professors are kind and caring, and each has their own research topic that students have the potential to help work on with them.

Obviously, the freshman have a hard time registering for classes, due to credits being a deciding factor for registering. The application process is fine, and no real problems occur unless you change your major eight thousand times.

I don't drive, and for the most part, no one really needs a car, unless bar hopping (from what I hear.) Most things happen on campus.

Being a Catholic school, Le Moyne is very strict with their rules. RA's are the real police force, and they can be up in the air as to how much and what they allow in dorms.

For someone who is involved in the Theater community, there are many events to go out to see. Campus Life also does a good job of making note of fun things in the area. I don't go out much, but on-campus parties are seldom, and very hush hush.
College Junior 2013-08-09T17:02:45Z
There are a lot of off-campus dining places around Le Moyne. The strip of restaurants is only about 2 minutes away and very easy to get to by car. Carousel Mall is also a great place for food, it has been remodeled and many new restaurants have been put in there. It is actually a great place to go, in a 15 minute car ride.

Health & Safety:
Overall, everybody feels pretty safe on campus and there is not too much to worry about. The location of Le Moyne can be a little sketchy or threatening at night, but not too scary if you are kept safe. There are security cars constantly prowling the streets, although they are more concerned about giving parking tickets and making money for themselves.

There's not much of a party scene. It is what you make it though. There are rarely any parties on campus, unless they are in upperclassmen housing, so get to know those older than you! The bars are decent, just like any other place you go, I'd say a waste of money to go downtown though. House parties on Euclid can get pretty sketchy, but if that's what you're into, why not? Be prepared to flip the tab for the taxi each way, it can get expensive.

I honestly have never seen anyone do drugs besides smoking cigarettes... I would hear about people doing coke or smoking marijuana, but as far as I can tell, it's not a big issue here.
College Sophomore 2013-08-05T19:27:06Z
I don't eat there much, but when I do, I have no problem finding plenty of things to eat. The only problem is that it's pretty costly... :( So most of the time I choose one of their fast food options so that I'm paying for only what I get.

Take forever to log on, computers are usually crowded, but Internet speed is pretty good (although the WiFi isn't too great).
Sorry, there are no reviews.
