Social Scene
Lehigh students are incredibly outgoing. As with most colleges, freshman year is the most social-everyone wants to be everyone else's friend, and you're still trying to decide who you actually get along with. However, most students will eventually find a group of friends who become a second family.
Hookups or Relationships?
Lehigh students often like to say that relationships are nonexistent, which isn't entirely true. There is a fair amount of students who attempt to settle down. Many students will have at least one "significant other" throughout their four years. But, for the most part, Lehigh certainly lives up to the reputation of "let's get drunk and hook up." There are tons of hookups going on every weekend, and it's much easier to hook up at a fraternity party on any given weekend than to try and find that one special someone.
Best Places to Meet Guys/Girls
Fraternities are hands-down the number one place to interact with members of the opposite sex. Cases upon cases of beer, plus assorted drinking games and outgoing coeds-what more could you want?
Dress Code
The dress code reflects students' wealth. Guys are generally clad in either Diesel jeans, Abercrombie, or Polo Ralph Lauren attire. Every single girl on campus owns multiple pairs of Seven jeans and wouldn't be caught dead without their Louis Vuitton or Prada handbags. Both guys' and girls' styles are mostly either New York club attire or straight-up preppy.
