Plenty of Need-Based Aid, but Merit-Based Is Very Competitive

Financial aid is available for those who need it, either in the forms of loans or grants. Some scholarships are available for various activities (music, engineering, students from specific states), but earning one of those takes away from your grant money, so you still get the same amount of aid.

Merit-based scholarships are very difficult to get though, and you truly must be a top student to earn one. The few available also only cover about $10,000, so they are far from full rides.

There is also not much aid available to international students.

Good Luck

goes off federal need base so the same as most places. But overall it just keeps getting expensive every year. Either you need to have money, or you need to qualify for alot of money...
