There is a difference between being restricted and being safe. At LeTourneau there are no drugs or alcohol to be seen.
Of course there are some underground parties and that kind of stuff, but it is very sketchy and you don't want to take part on it unless you are very, very desperate.

There is no usage, visibility, or peer pressure to partake in drugs or alcohol. The enforcement policy is very strict.

Drug use is completely invisible, but still exists. Alcohol is a bit more prevalent, but it is still hidden. Policies are very strict and you will most likely be expelled if you are caught with drugs and they may give you a warning or 2 on Alcohol, but you have to attend counseling and stuff. If you look hard enough you can find it (mostly alcohol), many people do it, but rarely do cliques intertwine because they try to stay to themselves to avoid being ratted out (which happens often).

Drug use is not tolerated on campus. If anyone is seen using drugs, both students and faculty address the issue.

There really isn't much of a "scene". Drinking is mostly done off campus but the school somehow founds out about it almost every time, somehow lol. Weed is gaining popularity, but when i say this i mean minimally. maybe 2-5% have tried at least once.
Sorry, there are no reviews.
