There are many different countries, ethnicities, languages, and races represented at my school. We even have global awareness weeks where all of our international students get to show off they're nation's pride and hold student events to raise awareness of the goings on in their countries.

Parking is really hard to come by at Liberty. Certain dorms don't even have their own parking lots, so some people have to park clear across campus as well as pay a lot for a parking pass in the first place. All good parking is reserved for off campus students, which is good, but it makes those that live on campus have to park really far from there dorms. Also, there are constantly events going on, where certain lots close and you can't park there. The school will issue out an email stating this up to like 3 hours before they'll tow, which is not reasonable at all. And they tow all the time...

When the weather is nice, everything is gorgeous. However, it rains all the time! When a rainy day comes, you know that you won't see the sun for the next week and it makes living there slightly depressing sometimes.

There are many off campus places to dine that accept flames cash which is included with our meal plans.

I am an online student and I love Liberty University. What mostly impressed me is that they are not afraid to stand up for what they believe in no matter the costs. They are their to help you in any way that they can in a christ like manner.

I enjoy the classes Iam taking. I am a online student, any time I have called and needed to speak with anyone they are very Christ like. My teacher have been very understanding, with all the trials that I have been through, while being a missionary in Nigeria, and have gave me help and plenty of chances. I believe if I can jst make it through, to my bachelors, with financial help, in scholarships and grants, that it may get hard, but it will be better..with the Lord as my strength.

The Professors at Liberty are very educated. I find most to be very witty and wise. You can tell the profs. love the subject they're teaching and when the teacher is engaging it makes the subject that much more enjoyable.

I'd say Liberty is a melting pot of cultures. I remember my college dictionary (college board 2011) said >70% of the student body was out of state. I had friends from all over the U.S. From Cali to my home state, Virginia. The international scene is also very evident. One of my favorite things about liberty is the diversity it brings.

This is the first year that I will be taking core classes for my major. I took mostly Gen-eds my first year.

The drug scene at Liberty is basically nonexistent. If you're caught using drugs the school will either reprimand you with fines or expel you depending on the individual. So drugs aren't a hot topic around campus. However if you search deep enough you will find that there are a small population of people on campus who do partake in drinking and using drugs. I haven't ran into anyone that uses any hard drugs and by that I mean anything that is considered beyond marijuana. I consider it to be the first drug you try that doesn't include alcohol. But once again you have to really dig deep to try to find it and if you wanna be a part of the community. So if you're trying to avoid the drug scene, Liberty University is an exceptional place to do that.

Reber Thomas Dining Hall AKA " The Rot" has to be one of the worst places to eat on campus. The meat is always questionable and you always leave the dining hall with a stomach ache. I do not recommend it.

I think Liberty does a great job in assisting students through their registration process. They definitely equip you with the information you need to know before you begin taking classes at the university.

Psychology is a very popular degree within the student body. I believe the workload is fair and the curriculum is great but there are not many opportunities to get engaged with other psychology students and professors outside of the classroom.

Lynchburg is a nice place to live and there are definitely things to do , like going to the dollar theater , bowling, snowboarding/skiing and salsa dancing on Friday nights but the only down fall is that many of these places do not stay open very late.

I think the school is very involved with athletics but they are not obssesed.

There are not many Spanish majors in my school. I wish there were more students in my major. My professors are amazing. They care for their students and strive to see them succeed.

The parking on campus is terrible. you are given a designated parking space for the semester but the spot is far from where classes are held.

Facilities are very good. Our fitness center is state-of-the-art and has enough equipment for whatever workout you want. The student facilities are also a popular hangout spot with student concerts every few weeks.

Off campus dining I believe is very good. There are a lot of different fast food options around the Liberty Campus. From McDonalds and Wendy's to Chipolte and Sheetz. There is a little something of everyone's own tastes.
College Junior 2013-07-29T20:10:58Z
There is really no drug scene at Liberty University. While I cannot say for sure no one is using, it is something that is not overtly observable.
College Junior 2013-07-29T20:06:12Z
Campus Facilities are very nice: a main cafeteria, several academic buildings, a state of the art gym and more. Students make extensive use of these facilities and enjoy using them.

I enjoy being a ministry major very much. As a campus we attend convocation 3 days a week, and when there is no convocation then the ministry students have their own convocation. This coming year I will begin to participate in an internship program and work in an area church.
Sorry, there are no reviews.
