It Ok

The places around campus are good. I guess you get kind of tired of eating at dining halls, but when you need something to eat between classes, you can’t complain. NC State dining hall food is not all that bad, it just gets old sometimes. I suggest not buying a huge meal plan after freshman year.

Better Than Most Universities but Not Great

Liberty offers alot of variety with food but i feel that there needs to be more food places around campus. The main dining hall got old after a semester, but other small food places were good and convenient.

The Rot

The food at Liberty is not the best, but you get used to it after awhile. While the Reber-Thomas Dining Hall (aka "The Rot") is the easiest place to grab food, it also has the worst tasting food. There are other options though! The Tilley Student Center offers three meals a day. There is also Doc's Diner, The Hangar, The East Campus Clubhouse,The Bistro, and Simply To Go. These places are all right on campus and are easy to access!
