The academic experience at the school is hard. Our workload can be extremely heavy in some classes. Most of us on online courses are working or stay at home parents. The workload can become heavy and frustrating at times. Tutoring is available but sometimes you need someone to be in front of you to help.

I am on online classes so it is crucial to have a computer. As far as the online classes it can get very confusing with all of tabs and other things there is to click on.

Anyone can talk about anything and not get judged, which is a nice thing.

I take online classes so there is not much for me to see.

Lincoln offers a variety of help for those who may or may not need it. All topics and subjects are covered by available tutors as well as the professors themselves. The workload is a bit much but expected at a college level, time management is key. Lincoln has many programs to choose from that are a little different from the rest of nearby colleges.

My professers are full of knowledge on the subject they are teaching and are always willing to help if I become lost or misunderstand what is being taught. I feel that I have learned a lot since my first semester and i enjy attending class.

The students and classmates are awesome. Everyone is totally friendly and willing to help. I have made a few new friends and it helps to get to know people so you can work together in case something in the class isnt understood.

Tuition & Financial Aid:
My school is great. The only problem is the tuition is very high and considering I do not live on campus, I feel it should be lower. I was also never given a tour of the school when I enrolled. The financial aid office was extrememely helpful and nice. Although I do feel like the classrooms could be a little more equipt for the amount of money that us students pay to attend classes.

The classes that you are required to take are very easy to enroll in and the scheduling is perfect for my schedule. The only thing is none of my prior credits from college transferred which was a dilemma.

I am an accounting major and all my classes are very informative and helpful for my career choice. However, my school seems to be more dedicated to other majors and still working on a 4 year degree program for us. The classes are helpful and will help with real world applications.

I enjoy the ratio of faculty to students. I have taken classes where there are 8 students, which allows the professors to pay close attention to each of the students. I also enjoy the professors attitudes towards teaching. One of m professors loved the subject he was teaching so much that you enjoyed learning from him.

My experience at Lincoln College of New England has so far been a good one. The class times are very flexible and meet the needs of most students. Unfortunately the cost of attending school here has been quite a financial burden, in that tuition is high and grants are few and far between.

There were many struggles it is a small school so there does tend to be a bit of drama. School wise its excellent teachers are helpful and you learn what you need to learn

Im a Dental Admin. Assistant and my classes are exactly what i expected them to be. There are a few challenges and bumps in the road along the way but its one of those put your mind to it and you can do it mentalities that is highly needed.

maybe I would say the shuttle service. But that isn't very unique.

The student body at LCNE is very diverse in ethnicity. Many people at my school (especially the commuters) juggle a life consisting of school, work, spouse, and kids. As far as sexuality goes there is a small group of students who belong to the LGBT community. I find students to hang out with people of their age group and same race. Many students at my college are not fresh out of college. Some have attended other colleges in the past.

Tuition & Financial Aid:
Tuition is not too expensive at this school. The last school I went to offered me much much more financial aid than tuition. But THIS school offered me less financial aid than tuition which was inconvenient.

It's a small school, so there is only one computer that has about 20 computers in it. There are also a few in the library and a few around campus/in the learning center.
College Senior 2013-02-27T18:21:30Z
The school is so small that there isn't a huge amount of flexibility available. Most general courses are offered each semester, but specific courses you must take higher up into your education are harder to be flexible with when there is say, only one or two teachers who are eligible to teach that class.

Dental hygiene is a very rigorous major. We go through a lot of tough classes to get accepted in the first place. We take classes as well as see patients in clinic while in the program. It is a lot of busy work. The building we are in is new, only a few years old. It is one of the best programs in the school in my opinion.
Sorry, there are no reviews.
