There are many places to eat. However, most of these places include fast food, which does not provide students with healthy options. So far I have not seen a dining area that suggests any type of student discounts.

Juniors and Applebees are right across the street. Plus, LIU is right by the Manhattan bridge, so NYC is just a short subway or taxi ride away!

Long Island University has popular variety of dining services. They have Luntey Commons, Blackbird Cafe, The Smoothie Bar, and Subway. Their service is the best. The food is healthy and delicious. I don't have to worry about taking food from home or making trips to store near by the campus when I have access to it in my campus.

They are not to expensive, tastes real good and is worth it's cost. Stores such as seven eleven, Applebee's, two bro's pizza are located one block after my school; therefore it is nearby.

Within a few block radius there is a number of food places available for students. If you're on a budget, there is a $1 pizza a block away, there is also a Dunkin Donuts, Seven Eleven and Subway. Across from LIU's side entrance you can find Applebee's, bagel place and a Smash burger. As you walk towards the Brooklyn Hospital, there is a number of deli reasonably priced that offer student discounts. If you're looking to go out and celebrate someone's birthday, there's a variety of new restaurants nearby, including the thai place called National.
Sorry, there are no reviews.
