Facts

Clubs and Organizations on Campus

If you want to really experience campus life and become a part of the college, you should think about joining one of LC's active student organizations. The largest group on campus is the Baptist Collegiate Ministry. The BCM sponsors cookouts, game nights, Bible studies, mission trips, and retreats each semester, and the BCM office is a popular hangout. Another active group is the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, which is entirely student-led and open to everyone. FCA organizes weekly devotionals and service projects. Other popular clubs include the SGA, Union Board, the Creative Writing Group, and Amnesty International. New clubs are fairly easy to create, but recruiting students to join may slow you down. Most students are only interested in the existing campus organizations.
