I love the food and the convenience of our cafe, but for a student that remains on the weekends the food isn't as good. On the weekends there is just less variety. I understand the cost efficiency and that there are less students on the weekend but i think a little more could be done.

Lunch time has plenty of options with all the places on campus. But it's really the only time to get something good. Because of my band class hours, I barely make it back to the cafeteria in time for dinner and they're usually closing up. Toward the end of every quarter things seem to get real lazy. It's really not bad, but the summer options are cut and it's definitely not worth the cost of the meal plan at that time. Not to mention, nothing is really open on the weekends because so many students go home. But really? For those of us that have to / choose to stay during the weekend, it's not fair. I pay so much for the meal plan and feel ripped off every year.

Tech has a really good eating hall very sociable and easy to get to plenty of choices on what to eat both cafe and other express marts such as chick-fa-la and McAllister.

There is only one cafeteria, and most options are very unhealthy and not very tasty. I very much disliked eating in the cafeteria when I lived on campus. There are a few other dining options, including Chick Fil A, MacAllister's deli, Burger Studio, Kickin' Cajun, a sandwich shop, and Bene (an Italian place). There is a convenient store called Bytes, as well. The on campus dining besides the cafeteria closes very early, and is not open on the weekends. I eat on campus maybe once a month.
Sorry, there are no reviews.
