Do not come to Loyola if you're into athletics. Our "undefeated", nonexistent football team is our glory of athletics. The admin is trying to get a football team on campus though. Athletics really isn't that big of a part to Loyola.

Freshman Sleepovers

Things might have changed since I was a freshman, but the guest policy at Loyola was INFURIATING freshman year. You couldn't have guests, even if they were Loyola students, of the same gender sleep over if they were not signed in by someone of the same sex. And if your brother or sister comes in to town, forget about it, they don't even make exceptions for that if they're the opposite sex. You constantly have to sneak people in, which might sound fun, but it totally isn't. Plus you can only have any guest stay 3 days total for 1 given month, so people are forced to like, barder and trade their guest passes. It's so dumb. It's fine after Freshman year though, once you're in the Sophomore dorms anything goes!

A lot more females than males on campus and many of the guys are gay
