Students who study crops and soil focuses on the scientific classification of soils, soil properties and their relationship to agricultural crops. Existing concentrations are: soil chemistry and physics, soil microbiology, agronomy, crop production as well as viticulture and enology. Course topics include: soil chemistry, soil physics, soil biology, soil fertility, morphogenesis, mineralogy, hydrology, agronomy, and soil conservation and management.
