Definitely lots of options for vegetarians. My best friend was a vegan for part of freshman year (was always a vegetarian). So that right there already eliminated many food choices, but she is constantly making suggestions and comments to the staff and they make sure to provide options. They definitely listen to her feedback and respect her dietary needs!
