I dont need a car on campus, it is definitely walkable, however, I live in a different neighborhood and the parking permit isnt worth the money because the spots fill up so quickly. I park in un marker areas and take my chances, at least theyre close to the buildings I need to be in.

There are very few places that you can park on campus as it is a small campus. Move in days and school events are the absolute worst. Permits cost about $200 for parking in a secure parking lot by the freshman dorms, and $150 for parking in a less secure lot away from campus. Cars are not necessary unless you live off campus and have to commute.

The parking permits are kind of expensive per semester. There is necessary parking space. I feel that it is very helpful to bring a car with you. It makes it a lot easier to get out of the city and to stores.

Sometimes I have to park on campus, and its usually hard to find a good parking space. They have only one parking lot that's for only teachers, but it is the city so I don't consider it a huge deal.

I'm from the city, so I know how to parallel park, but like no one else does and they leave a bunch of space between cars. Sometimes, you have to park in the 2 hour areas, but you have to make sure to move your car every two hours or you will get a ticket.
