It gets both very hot, and very cold. the sidewalks are not the most stable, so you'll probably fall on your butt at least once.
I would say its just average weather, and you need to expect to deal with the heat, and the cold. You need to own tank tops, and sweaters.

The winters are cold but tolerable, with very few days of snow. Spring and Fall are beautiful in Maryland. The summers are very hot and humid with a lot of rain.

Sometimes it can be unpredictable, but overall great weather

This area does get snow in winter, but they usually don't cancel unless it becomes dangerous to drive. The campus will close down if there's a hurricane threat (occasional, and usually they don't actually do any damage). We had maybe 5 days canceled (maybe a few more delayed/ending early). The area is typically pleasant and mild, with a few strikingly hot or cold days in the appropriate season. It rains maybe twice every two weeks, but doesn't get humid.

It's Maryland, so the weather can be a little crazy. Especially during the Winter, when it'll go from 60 degrees to 20 degrees overnight. It hasn't really snowed much in the past three years that I've attended MICA, but when it snows a lot they'll typically cancel class because many of the professors and students commute. Spring and autumn are usually so nice and students will spend a lot of time in the outdoor spaces and around the city. The summers here can get really hot, so make sure that you have an AC unit if you're taking summer classes or just living here in Baltimore.
Sorry, there are no reviews.
