The library is fairly popular but also a place for a peace of mind, or studying. The athletic centers are quite up to par, if for needed use. Student hangouts and campus activities could be better, but during the week with on the go students, the places that are offered are a nice way to get away from the door or take a walk to.

I really like the graduate school at Marymount. It is very small but centered on the students as individuals. The faculty know us all very well.

My campus experience at Marymount isn't the same as an undergraduate. However, I still very much enjoy my time on campus. It has a small home-like feeling while still being an academic institution. I greatly enjoy hanging out at the library and at Bernie's.

The university's location is very important and factored very heavily into my decision to come here. The price compared to schools in the area is very affordable. The programs, specifically politics, was very unique to me. I was told it would be more of a government degree, rather than learning more about political science theory. So far that has been about 50/50 true. I would like to see more classes about policy, and analysis of policy over theory.

There is a great upkeep of student facilities. There is no student center, which I believe would help support more activities, student events, and school spirit. It is really nice to see your tuition go to maintaining and improving buildings around campus, not just going into someone's pocket. Campus events have definitely improved over the last few years, which has helped in keeping students on campus more often than venturing into DC for events, concerts, and fun.
