MCC is very convenient for me since it has several locations now. The biggest hassle is financial aid. But this is due to all the changes the Federal Government has imposed. No problems transferring credits yet.

I have never had success using any college's post grad services. But they are there and are another source to use while networking.

The professors are knowledgeable in their respective fields. I like the small class size and individual attention MCC offers. The registration process is a little frustrating at first. But once you become familiar with their Website and Student Service Center, it is easy. MCC has strived to offer a variety of career opportunities. I am impressed with their continued growth.

The program I am studying, Clinical Lab Tech, is a new program at MCC. However, I the experience I have had so far has been excellent. I look forward to graduating and pursing my dream job.

In my opinion there are more programs available. People are very nice there, there's no racism there. Everyone has an equal opportunity.

I haven't been able to start the program yet. It starts August of 2014.

We don't have an athletic center. We do have a great library with great librarians.
College Sophomore 2013-07-21T04:15:26Z
There are a lot of academics offered at my school. I am taking Medical Assisting, it doesn't start again until August of 2014. To register for classes you have to go to your advisor. You must keep up good grades to keep financial aid.

The computer network at my school is very reliable. It costs a few cents to print black and white or color. The speed of the network is very fast, it isn't wireless although there is wifi available. The need of a personal computer or printer is sometimes necessary because of homework that needs to be done by a certain date and don't have time to do them at school.

Tuition & Financial Aid:
They are really lazy and do not care if you get your refund back
College Senior 2013-05-09T06:08:07Z
My teachers were excellent and the course load wasn't too awful. The teachers are usually willing to work with you on deadlines too.
College Senior 2013-05-09T05:59:35Z
classes are usually very flexible around my schedule, I have had a great experience at kctcs.

Between 8 and 4pm there are always help on my campus.
College Junior 2013-03-04T04:11:15Z
All of our teachers are amazing. We have small class sizes and we are really able to connect with our teachers and they are able to connect with us.
College Junior 2013-03-04T04:09:02Z
Since we are an extension campus, we only have one computer lab and half of the computers are down at the moment.
College Junior 2013-03-04T04:07:01Z
I don't care for the way that the remedial math classes are set up. There are 3 different classes in one room. The teacher doesn't have the opportunity to actually teach and we are basically just teaching ourselves.

Tuition & Financial Aid:
The tuition paid is worth every penny. Sometimes the financial aid office does not get everything right you just have to check and make sure it is right and not just let it go.

Everything is very easy with online enrollment into classes! The classes are offered at different times to let you schedule around things. The instructors are very nice and understanding and care about your education. You can pursue a degree, certificate, or just take general courses to transfer.

My major is OST Medical Administrative Assistant. I have found the workload to be overwelming at times and I don't work. It has caused me health problem with the stress. Most of my classes are online and I think that some of them should be offered at the LVC facilities because of how hard they are and its to far to travel to Maysville.
College Senior 2012-12-31T02:27:51Z
The professors I have had at LVC are wonderful and care about how you are doing? If you have problems you can go talk to them and they will try to help you or put you in contact with the right person. I have had problems with registration because they are not always offering the course that I need to take or they fill up fast and no longer available and the waiting list is long.

I enjoy the online courses at Maysville; its up to you make sure all your work gets turn in on time. But being a young mother, that doesn't have the time to go to campus, online courses make a great alternative. I enjoy being able to work on the courses at my own pace, and not having to leave my daughter with a babysitter or putting her in daycare. They also have a great selection of online courses to chose from.
College Junior 2012-06-28T09:02:46Z
Online courses through this college are hecic and confusing. Every teacher has a different method to use the same program, which makes submitting assignments and taking exams all the more difficult. I ha a horrible time with online courses here, I suggest not to take them.

Good and Bad Professors – There are good an bad proffessors here. Most of them care about their students, except for a couple. They have plenty of time to invest in their student, but the ones who seem to not care apparently dont use their time wisely.
Sorry, there are no reviews.
