McKendree parking permits are free; however, if you happen to lose your permit, it costs $5 for a replacement. Parking officers drive around campus to make sure students are parked in the right lots according to the letter on their parking sticker, and if a student is not in the correct lot, he or she will receive a fine of $20 that must be paid.

Since McKendree is a smaller university, parking availability can be a hassle; however, the parking assignments help reduce any stress in finding a spot. The best thing to do if you commute is arrive at least 15 to 20 minutes early before your first class to allow time to find a spot and walk to the building where your class will be.
