Metropolitan State College of Denver

The campus is located in downtown Denver. There are a lot of extracurricular activities. It just depends on what kind of person you are. I like going out with friends and sometimes there are too many places to choose. The college itself is in a process of expansion. We have a totally new science building with the latest cool laboratories toys. The only thing is missing is the sense of consistency and clarity in some classes. I am a person who likes to be study a lot.

Drink or Smoke

The drug scene at Metro is very low because there is a high police force on campus (not visually, but there are emergency centers on every block). Outside of campus, it is mostly just marijuana smoking.

Best Public Transportation

The Light Rail or the Bus transportation is the most economical way to get to the college. There is parking but close parking is very metered and four dollars daily and up. The parking at the Light Rail locations is free and the student pass provides Light Rail and Bus (RTD) transportation.
