Very Safe

I never feel uncomfortable on campus. The police are always around if you need them and respond quickly. The health center is open all the time if you're in need of medical attention. But make sure you have insurance that the school takes, otherwise you should find an outside health source.

Meh...

This campus is downtown, on several mass transit lines and close to several interstates and highways. It's great for getting to and from, but also increases the risk for crime. We've had several incidences of indecent exposure and theft on campus, but the campus IS really good about immediate notification via email and text messages.

Although they are good with keeping their students informed about issues and alerts that have been occuring on-campus, they basically force students who don't have that much money to begin with to purchase expensive health insurance for a short period of time in order to enroll.
