Could Have Used More Clarification in Assistance.

I required assistance in regard to understanding and applying for financial aid. The financial aid employees did not provide me with much of a basis to start with or at least what direction I could possibly go on. Maybe they should offer some clear and helpful service in regards to organizing financial aid information and packages.
