I believe that the Academic Experience is great at MSCC. They offered more classes than I knew of before. The class registration process seems very easy to me. Just a step by step process. I've never felt as if the workload was too much. I like how helpful the administration is whenever you have a question. I've never had a problem that they couldn't help fix. They don't have many student activities but I believe that they are trying to bring in more organizations.

I believe that Mid-South Community College has a very diverse student body. There are people of many ages and ethnicities. I take class with people who are younger than me as well as people who are grandparents. Their political and religious beliefs are of a wide range. They accept many people and try to make the student life as wonderful as possible. They are always advertising student giveaways as well as programs of study and many other things.

I'm a Respiratory Care major. I love that they only have one class a year. After one class finishes with the classwork and moves on the clinicals is when they bring in a new class of students. The classes are small so there is a lot of one on one interaction and there is a set number of the classes to take each semester. I like that so you can really only focus on those specific major classes unless you choose to add other non-major related courses. The workload is reasonable considering we only have class two days out of the week which gives us time to do homework and study.

I really can't give a good or bad grade because I've never used the post-grad services. I know that we do have one and that there is a possibility of receiving a job after my clinical.

The network is always going slow but most of the time it works. Sometimes we can't print beacuse the workers in the student center are always complaining that they are low on paper.

The facilities on campus are pretty good actually. I spend most of my time in the student center or the library where the computers are because i do not have a computer at home. MSCC always has plenty activites to engage in and overall i think that it's a good community college.

I feel that my teachers are very helpful and they push me to become a better student, they realize the areas that im strong in. My teachers also want to help me move up in my classes so that i can graduate faster. My teachers are more than happy to help me when i need the help and they are just excellent teachers overall.

It is very rewarding to have people help you as much as they do here. Some people have experience and others don't, but they do not make you feel like you don't belong. There are already people coming to me offering to help me find a job in the field I am working for and I haven't even started. It great to know that people care so much.

Pretty good classes. Smaller classes and the teachers can do one-on-one with you.

From what I have heard, the post-grad services at Mid-South Community College are wonderful. I, myself, am only in my second semester here and have not yet got to experience all the benefits and aid that MSCC has to offer.

Tuition & Financial Aid:

I would say that this school is very flexible. My reason for not giving it a A is because some classes they just did not offer at any other time would have been very helpful when I was working a job full time.

Tuition & Financial Aid:
Receiving financial aid was never a problem at school. The school is very shallow in telling you about applying for scholarships that are available at the school before the deadline. I was always helped in advance by my counselors and classmates at school when it was time to apply for financial aid.
Sorry, there are no reviews.
