The computer labs at Middle Tennessee state can get a little crowded but the multiple floors of computers and wifi along with the 24/7 computer lab make it easier to deal with.

A Definate Must

Since being enrolled in MTSU, I opted out of on-campus housing. The dorms are stiff and depressing. But the good things is, there are tons of off-campus housing oppurtunities. The prices are right and you can live in the apartments throughout the summer. There are even a number of complexes were you can walk to campus.

The down fall would be the fact that your living in a community of strictly college students. I can get a little crazy at times (parties, loud music, etc.) So if you like peace and quite, look for a house. It's definately affordable if you can find roomates.

Participation in the Rowdy Raiders, boosted school spirit during football season. Watching the basketball team win big in the conference and advance on to the NIT really boosts school pride and spirit. The community also shows their support and encouragement through their givings and presence.
