True. It is a bunch of Rich White Kids. Be aware that if you're one of the few who get in that are't Rich White Kids, you may have a rough time. Regardless of how you did in high school, it's tough to compete/catch up with kids from Deerfield, Choate, etc. who have parents that are Ph.Ds, lawyers, doctors, etc. Many of these kids will know much more than you do because they've been carted all over the world, have had special tutors, have sat over many holiday meals with their cousins and siblings from Bowdoin and Amherst and Dartmouth and Yale... If you're not from this background, it's possible to find your place at Midd, sure, but just be prepared to get some bad grades your first year and, for lack of a better term, bust your ass.
Just don't be that posh kid from Chicago/Boston/Seattle that "collects" the international students.
Really? The international student popular is interesting, sure, but in terms of socioeconomic diversity?
