| Advice on Finding a Job/Internship | |
Middlebury’s Career Service Office (CSO) can be very helpful in finding jobs and internships if you take advantage of all the resources and tools they have to offer. Counselors are available for drop-in career advising sessions Monday through Friday, 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. or by appointment. Regardless of whether you are a freshman with an undecided major or a senior looking for a job, the staff can assist you in anything from identifying interesting careers to practicing for an upcoming interview. MOJO, an online database of current internship and job postings, is easy to navigate. Another online resource, MiddNet, is a great way for students to connect with Middlebury’s small but strong alumni network.
In addition to the CSO, Middlebury has several other student services providing help in post-graduation plans. For example, the Center for Education in Action advises students on fellowship and scholarship opportunities, and funding for graduate school.
