The school itself has very good resources on-site. There are many people there to help you while you are going to school. It is even nice as your schooling is coming to an end. They will help you with job searches. They will help you to set up a resume, do mock job interviews and help you to get set up in the career that you want. I really do enjoy that about the school. They really do want to help you. They are always there for you.

It has been very convenient for me. The campus is located close to me, and it is easy to get to. The schedule is flexible and works well with my schedule. I like the fact that I can still work my job and attend school at the same time.

They do differ greatly. While online courses are easy and works well with schedules, there are some flaws. Some people learn better with hands-on experiences, as do I. I took online courses in high school and liked them very much, but feel that for the filed that I am studying, online courses are not quite the answer. For some classes, such as basic ones, they are okay. But if you really want to get a feel for the course, it is best to learn hands-on rather than sitting at a computer desk. All in all, it really depends on the student and how they prefer to learn. But overall, the online courses are nice and easy. It is nice being able to get school done and get it done on your own time, at your own pace.

There are many great things about the school. There are full sized labs for the students to use. They really do provide a hands-on experience for the students. I feel that this is very helpful with the students because it helps them to get a real feel for the field. It really does help to get them used to what they will be doing if they follow this career.

Tuition & Financial Aid:
I feel that tuition is expensive here, I do not feel for how much we pay we are getting our moneys worth. They have dropped the price of tuition per credit which helps however I am very concerned about the cost of paying back debt once I graduate.

I like having the freedom of the online course it helps to do homework when you have time and not be stuck in a very rigid schedule. The interactions are front face to face and there is a lot of room for interpretations if you can not see a person's face.

I feel that it would be helpful to have study groups and be working closely for students they are struggling with students who are catching on fairly quickly.

I have not seen many opportunities for internship, they leave that for the very end of the program.

The school is defiantly a melting pot of all different walks of life. We have very young students that bring youth and vitality to the school and we also have older students that bring some life experience and wisdom to the table.

My school is absolutely wonderful with helping your find a job in your field after school. They will help you with things such as shadowing, resume making and even conduct a false interview your you to practice with. They will help you in multiple ways to get a job. I love that they take the extra effort. They help you one-on-one to get a job and even years after you graduate, these options are still there for you. They will always be there to help you. Whether it be 10, 15, or 20 years later, they will still help you get a job. I love that about my school. I feel like I may never have to worry about finding job options because someone will always be there for me.

Many people in my school are busy with their lives. They are all studying different things and pursuing great careers. Many of them are juggling a job on the side to help pay for their education. To keep things lively and upbeat, the school hosts things such as bake sales while you study. People always get together and socialize and study together. It is nice when we get to do this because we get to learn about other people and get help with our own studies.

Tuition & Financial Aid:
I always wanted a career in this field. Financial aid covered a little bit, but I know that if I work hard and get everything done and get a good education and a good job, more money will come to help me with my debt from my education. The education is well worth the money if you are going to use what you learned in school to make a difference and in impact in you're life and other's around you.

The flexible schedule and online classes are what drew me to this school. I cannot go to a traditional college while working full time and raising a family.

I enjoy every minute of the academic experience and I believe I am learning a lot.

They are switching everything to Ipads this quarter so now we can get ebooks instead of expensive textbooks

Specifically for the paralegal program, it is very hard to find classes that are offered on campus. There are a select few students enrolled in the program which makes it difficult for classes to be available.

Taking online classes is not for everyone. However, teachers do go above and beyond to provide students with as many resources as possible. Communication can become tricky and delayed since email is the major form of communicating. Overall, some online classes are better than others.

My instructors have been very knowledgeable, and are willing to help you in any way they can. The only issue I have had is when one instructor gave a due date for an assignment and I had to push to get it done. On the day it was assigned as due, she told us we didn't have to hand it in until the following week. It was nice she gave us extra time, but it would have been nice if she had emailed us instead of waiting until class time because by then we all had the assignment done.

Someone on staff whether it be financial aid reps, admission reps, program chairs, etc. are always available to talk or will return your voicemail asap. The Libarary and math lab are in great locations and are open at flexible times.

Tuition & Financial Aid:
I think that they help you out a lot with financial aid and finding loans. However, 425 per credit is too high with all the fees and books.

I have gotten some help from this department, the staff have a good work relationship, but it also comes off as a social click and a student isn't in the click.

Tuition & Financial Aid:
I know that my degree will help me present myself as a great candidate in the accounting world. I was able to get some financial aide...but it is running out and the costs are going up. I believe that my education is well worth it...but I am finding it hard to come up with the funds to keep to my goal.
Sorry, there are no reviews.
