The experiences that you gain at any school are prevalent, but MSU is definitely a school to look into if you want the academics mixed with the typical college experience. Many say that they would decide to come here all over again should they have to make the decision again. The professors here love their subjects and are really understanding about any problems that may come up. The social scene is unimaginable, with something to do around every corner. The size of the campus is perfect for anyone that comes from a small school and is not used to bigger sized schools. It allows you to be a person instead of a number in the student population.

MSU is known as a party school, but that's not necessarily true. MSU has no bigger drinking issue than any other school. The local residents and police force just call more attention to it than other places. This should not influence prospective students to come or not come based on this evaluation. MSU is a great place for everyone. The people and professors are extremely nice and the experiences that students gain here is unforgettable. Any future Mavericks will be welcome with open arms!
