Lakeside is pretty far from campus but 21 and The Pointe are very close to campus. Most students that live there walk to class. I am almost positive they both come fully furnished. I've heard mostly good things about both complexes! Hope this helps!
21 is close to campus. Lakeside is way to far. You could apply for R.D in one of the dorms and get free housing and earn some money. The Pointe is also worth considering.
